जो देखें उन का नक़्शे पा खुदा से वो नज़र माँग लू,
सराघे दिल चलो चलें लेकर मदीना आने वाला है।
करम उंका चला यूं दिल से कहते रहे तयबा में,
दिले मुज़्तर तसल्ली कर मदीना आने वाला है।
निछावर है मदीने की ये मेरा दिल मेरी आंखें,
निछावर हूं मदीना पर मदीना आने वाला है।
इलाही मैं तालाबारे फना हूं खाके तयबा मे,
इलाही कर निसारे दार मदीना आने वाला है।
मदीने को चला में बेनियाज़े रहबरे मंजिल,
रहे तैयबा है खुद रहबर मदीना आने वाला है।
मुझे खेंचे लिए जाता है शौक़ कूंचे जाना,
खिंचा जाता हूं में याक्सर मदीना आने वाला है।
वो चमका गुमडे खजरा वो शहरे पुर जिया आया,
ढाले अब नूर मैं पाकर मदीना आने वाला है।
जहां से बेखबर हो कर चलो खुलदे मदीना मैं,
चलो अब होश की पीकर मदीना आने वाला है।
मदीन में खुले बाबे हयाते नौ बतरजे नौ,
बादल डालो कोहन दफ्तर मदीना आने वाला है।
ज़रा ऐ मरकबे उमरे रावण चल बर्क की सूरत,
दिखा परवाज़ के जौहर मदीना आने वाला है।
तालाबारे मदीना तक मदीना खुद ही आ जाए,
तू दुनिया से किनारा कर मदीना आने वाला है।
मदीना आगया अब डर क्या है सिर्फ इतनी-सी,
तू खाली कर ये दिल का घर मदीना आने वाला है।
फलक शायद ज़मीन पर रह गया खाके गूजर बनकर,
बिच्छे है राह में अख्तर मदीना आने वाला है।
